Ken Hablow brings 15 years experience in strategic marketing
planning to his, website development and graphic design services. He has
extensive experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer
marketing. He fully understands how to present a powerful, consistent image to
a company's specific target market. Prior to being an independent marketing and
design consultant, Ken ran his own businesses including a manufacturing
business, an Italian import business and an independent marketing and sales
organization providing turnkey services from to design to sales.
Ken
has extensive experience in the high-tech sector both in conventional and
electronic marketing. He has helped a variety of Internet, start-up companies
on both the B2C and B2B clients in their marketing strategy and go-to-market
planning efforts. He was the initial consultant in a new start-up,
AthleteNow.com. He has also helped assemble a funding and marketing team for
another new company's future Internet business. This company brings a new model
to on-line software development.
Ken has worked with a variety of small
and medium sized companies to help them present a new image as well as a
marketing strategy. His client base consists of companies in various types of
businesses. Among these are: Intelligent Environments, an enterprise software
company; General Applied Technologies, a software contractor; E-ChilaLink.com,
a B2B portal in China developed in the USA; SoftWin.net, a software contractor
and Internet start-up; Raphael and Raphael, LLP, an accounting firm; Retirement
Plan Strategies, a 401k provider to small business; Lassiter Consulting, an
executive placement firm; and The Gilded Harps of Boston.
Ken provides
design and Power Point presentation work for "The Council on the Economic
Impact of Health System Change" at the Heller School at Brandeis University. He
creates presentations for public speakers and workshop coordiators.
He
maintains several Web sites for clients including Stratton Mountain School, a
specialty secondary school in Vermont; Lassiter Consulting; and The Discovery
Group.
Ken was very active in the Boston Computer Society (BCS). He was
on the BCS marketing committee and co-director of the Marketing and Sales
Group. He is currently on the board of directors of the Society of Professional
Consultants and on the advisory board of the Boston chapter of the IEEE
Entrepreneur's Network. He studied engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute, MIT and Business Management at Boston University. He has published
several papers on both conventional and Internet Strategic Marketing.
